Q: How can I place an order for cookies?
A: Preorders for cookies open up on Saturdays - Monday's and can be placed via the Order Now link. The cookie orders that are being placed, are for pick-ups that are for the upcoming Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Any orders placed after Monday will be for pick-up the following week.
Q: What is the weight and size of your cookies?
A: All the cookies are each 5.5 oz.- You'll definitely be getting a lot of cookie! The size of each cookie is larger than the average cookie you may be use to!
Q: How long will the cookies last?
A: Fresh cookies are best eaten within 2-4 days, but if kept in an airtight container- can last up to 5 days before becoming hard.
Q: What do I do if the cookies become hard?
A: Cookies should be transferred to an airtight container within the first 2 days if possible, to help preserve taste and texture. If you've noticed that the cookies have become a little hard- simply try adding a piece of slice bread into the airtight container and wait about 24 hours before eating! Trust us- you'll be amazed with how this little trick works!
Q: Do you offer nut free cookies?
A: Unfortunately, most of the cookies but two contain nuts.
the 3 C's and Choco Chippin' are the only cookies that are a nut free option at this time. Sometimes there are monthly limited edition that are nut free as well. But please note if you have a severe nut allergy, I don't advise you to eat any of the cookies.
Q: What's the difference between Special Edition and Monthly Limited Edition cookies?
A: Special Edition cookies are usually flavors that we will randomly release for a weekend for a special occasion or a future cookie flavor on the menu! In addition- special edition cookies are excluded from 'Create Your Own Boxes' and other Cookie Box combos. When available, they will have their own separate listing to order in a Box of 4 or a Box of 6- with all the same flavor.
Whereas, Monthly Limited Edition cookies are ones that release at the beginning of each month and will run it's course for about 4 weeks. These cookies are available to be combined with 'Create Your Own Boxes' and other Cookie Box combos.
Q: Are the cookies returnable if I don't like them?
A: Sorry but due to health and safety of them being a perishable food item- cookies are final sale. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
Q: Will you offer Pick-Up options in other locations and on different days?
A: Due to working Full-Time jobs, pick-up orders are only currently being offered in Orange County (Thursday's & Select Fridays), Long Beach (Select Thursday's & Friday's), and Walnut (Friday Evenings and Saturday's). There will be certain Friday's & Saturday's where you will be able to pick-up cookie orders in Los Angeles at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.
Q: What is the address of the location that cookie orders can be picked up at?
A: Due to the locations in Long Beach and Walnut being private properties and Orange County location may vary, addresses of pick-up locations will be provided after orders have been placed.
Q: Due to COVID-19, do you offer contact less pick-up?
A: Not a problem! Safety is a priority! If you prefer to have a contact less pick-up, just let us know in the 'Special Instructions to Seller' notes during check out and we can make sure it happens.
Q: Do you offer shipping?
A: Currently orders are pick-up only. But if you would like to ship cookies somewhere, please contact us to see what we can do.
